BREAKING: Open-air eateries and those with good ventilation in all provinces of #Thailand will be allowed to serve alcohol on the New Year's Eve (Dec 31) until 1am the following day, the CCSA announced today (Monday). The serving of alcohol for on-site consumption will otherwise remain prohibited in 39 COVID-19 "controlled" provinces.
